Refund and Returns Policy

At SHARA SCENTS, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our product used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund for the damaged product if the video proof of damage is submitted to SHARA SCENTS within 24 hours of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges in that case.

PACKING & SENDING RETURNS-

Please follow these steps while packing your return:

  1. Pack the product that you want to return in the original SHARA SCENTS packaging and then in a shipping box.
  2. Place a copy of the bill in the shipping box. Mark it with “HANDLE WITH CARE”.
  3. Opt for a reliable and punctual courier company while returning the products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If the item to be returned was not sold by sharascents.com, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return. Please note, that a valid receipt from sharascents.com is required for all returns.
